Project Challenges
We faced the challenge of building a social app within a tight 7-day deadline, which demanded intense effort. Handling a complex data structure added an extra layer of difficulty. Effective communication and stress management were essential to overcome these challenges and foster successful teamwork
Approach and Planning
We approached the project with meticulous planning and clear role assignments. Utilizing project management tools, we streamlined workflow and fostered effective communication. Incorporating work-life balance, we designed the app with Figma as a reference, ensuring successful execution
Team Collaboration
Our team consisted of five members, each assigned different roles. As the tech lead and team leader, I ensured effective collaboration. Using agile methodologies, including pair programming, we managed tasks through ticket assignment. Daily stand-up meetings ensured progress and addressed any support needed. I supported the team technically, ensuring app functionality and bug fixing.
Impact and Results
Completing the social app within the 7-day timeframe was a significant achievement, showcasing my ability to deliver a full stack application. Presenting our group project to peers and guests provided an opportunity to introduce our app and receive valuable feedback. This experience boosted my confidence and expanded my exposure within the tech community
